OVERVIEW:
Sarah started racing at the beginning of the
2005 season with her Yamaha Blaster. She took first
place at her first race at Freedom Speedway. Sarah
is usually one of the only girls on the track. She
races at both Freedom and Batavia Speedways.
Although she could not make it to many of the races,
she still received 3rd place Year End at Freedom
Speedway and 3rd place Overall for the Fall TT
Series at Batavia Speedway. In 2006, Sarah will
continue racing her Blaster at both tracks.
Sarah also enjoys riding her Yamaha YZ85 with her
dad, who rides a Honda CR250 and is a former
motocross racer. Her favorite professional motocross
racer is James Stewart. She also rides horses and is
an avid barrel racer.
2007 GOALS:
·
Sarah hopes to win a number of races in 2007 in the
new Women’s class being offered at Batavia and
Freedom Raceways this year. She has consistently
been the top female finisher in the Blaster classes,
which have been co-ed.

Sarah also hopes to make select appearances at a few
other tracks as her schedule allows this season
(Sarah will begin college in the fall).

Above all, Sarah wants to continue to improve as a
rider and have lots of fun !
