Nick Ranft is truly one of the fastest learning riders in the youth ranks in our area. Nick has dramatically improved his riding, while racing his teammate Colton quite often. Nick and Colton are good friends, so it has been great to see them both move towards the front at the pace they have. Nick made some big improvements in 2009 by attending the FCR motocross Camp in Ohio, learning from riders like Travis Preston and Andrew Short. Nick is looking forward to attending the camp again this summer.

Nick's dad Mike is a great help to all the team riders both as a mechanic and friend. Mike is also a big help to our team as a sponsor, with his business Sturdevant Sign Company. Nick's mom Crystal is always doing something at the track for one of the boys providing a snack, a band aid or just a hug when things don't go well. That's why Nick's mom is also known to everyone as "Team Mom" Crystal !

For 2010, Nick will be riding his Honda CR 85 in the 85cc Junior Mini Class and his CRF 150R in the Super Mini Class.
